Kirk came out within ten minutes of my no heat call late on Friday. He ordered the furnace and we had it first thing Monday morning! He also ran to his shop and picked up a space heater for the weekend. We were toasty warm all weekend! His staff is polite, clean, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable.
