First thing you should do is turn the furnace's power switch off. Then turn it back on. If the problem continues give us a call.

If you can feel the air is not cold coming out of the registers, check the air filter. If the air filter is clean, then there could be another issue like freon or air flow problem. Give us call and we can set up an appointment to come and check it out.

If your hot water heater is not producing hot water, please shut off the gas (or the electricity) going to the hot water heater and give us a call so we can service the unit.

Most thermostats today are digital, so it will have batteries. Since many thermostats are different, try to see if you have the manual for the thermostat. There should be a door or a spot where your batteries go on your thermostat. If you are still having problems locating them give us a call so we can assist you.

Similar to the thermostat, there are many different styles and setups for air filters. Some big, some small. The air filter is usually located with the furnace. There could be a slot or door system to access your air filter. If you have problems locating or replacing the filter, please call us to help you out.

Most furnaces come with some type of limited parts warranty. We would have to check your furnace model and serial numbers to see if the furnace is still under warranty. If we install a furnace, we give a one year service warranty on any service calls in the first year.

We will do our best to work with any insurance company. There are times where we are unable to, but we always strive to meet your needs.
